Poly bungalow map?

Does anyone have a map of the Bungalows? I'd like to 'request' one that is away from the Boat dock when I make my request.

That should probably be your request although I'd turn it around and make it a request to be close to the lobby or Great Ceremonial House. I think sometimes the room assignors miss the "not near" part.

But I think the Bungalows are numbered 7001-7020 and am fairly certain the lower numbers are near the lobby and higher near the ferry.

And I did find a map on Tikiman's pages. It confirms the lower numbers are further away from the ferry.

Suggest you stay away from both ends and shoot for the middle somewhere. We were there last fall and specifically asked to be far away from the ferry dock as we had been cautioned about noise from the ferry boat horns. Disney happily accommodated and put us in 7001.

I was surprised how close the MK launch comes to that unit... blasting it's horn when approaching, and backing up, and leaving. When leaving the boat is facing directly at the bungalow as it blasts its horn. I found it impossible to sleep even with white noise generator. The walls/windows/doors were simply not designed to silence, or at least muffle, that kind/level of noise. With late EMH, we had launches there until 1:40 AM... it took everything I had to not get out of bed, storm out on the deck and throw something at the boat.

At least these are inexpensive units to occupy so you don't mind problems that interfere with the basic purpose of rest... yeah.

Wow these things cost a fortune right? I'd be hacked off with boat horns til 1.30am!

there's probably more noise inside the bungalow than outside from what I read on the boards.
