Is there a spot in the poly to turn in my photopass+ certificate and get a lanyard???!

Im still a bit confused as to what and where i can turn in this piece of paper.

Yes, there is. There is a kiosk just outside of Trader Jack's. BUT, it has limited hours, so whether you get to it when it's open is another question.
