Poly add on?

Any idea on prices for the new Poly resort? What is the limit to buy in? I so want to buy there...Have purchased twice with AKL. But would love to buy into Poly, but don't know if I can afford it...

Price is reportedly 160/pt. for DVC members during presale; $165 after presale. Point chart should overall be the same as VGF studios/grand villas based on point values in filing (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3366323&page=2#post52858513). Limit to buy in should be 25 points for members; 100 for enw members.

Well. I have seen the point per night for the bungalow. In my opinion, the point cost for the bungalows goes against the most important reason I joined dvc, which is savings on accommodations. I am now less enthusiastic about PVB. Oh well, I'm sure they will get buyers, but I will bet that existing owners chances to book bungalows at 7 months will be pretty good. I will post pictures and take notes, but I don't think a poly add on is for me.

Too much. I really think it is no longer worth buying DVC direct. These prices are beyond silly.
