Poly 3rd floor Hawaii?

Is the third floor concierge building really non-smoking now that the building is re-habbed. I read this in another post. I would love the 3rd floor but a smoking room is out of the question with 2 DDs with asthma.

Half of the 3rd floor is smoking! The half of the building closer to the lounge is NON-Smoking!

You can make a request for non smoking 3rd floor, you may get lucky. I requested first or third flor non smoking and will be happy in either of these. I dont want second floor though. I would feel trapped with no balcony or patio

AspiringCindy is 100% correct--just heard it from the horse's mouth yesterday. The one caveat--if more smoking rooms are requested, it's not written in stone that those 3rd floor rooms held as "nonsmoking" won't be smoking rooms to fulfill the need. If it's an issue for you--stay off 3rd!
