Has anyone stayed in this development? Found a house i really like here, but am worried its too far out...any feedback? Thanks!

We rented a house there in 2007 (I think it was on Jaybee Ave.),and had a great time. It didn't take us long to get to WDW, probably about 15 mins on the 192 road.
