..here it is.

It is a memorial service that was held at the Dallas Market Center in the Hall of Nations. Polly's cousin works there and sent it to her, and in turn to me. A candle for each of the 3,031 9/11 victims was lit and burned during the day, while the names of all the victims scrolled on a nearby screen. I think it is a beautiful memorial, no pictures, no music, just a candle of remembrance and hope for each. Here is the link (and I repeat, it is very touching, no pictures of last year, no music, just a very reverent remembrance of 3,031 people.)

Here are a few individual pictures that Polly's cousin took of the memorial during the day.

Thank you Poly Ann, her cousin and Dan.

Beautiful.

Thanks, Dan! ;)

My favorite picture in that slideshow is the one where the flag is mirrored in the fountain with all the candles around it.

For those who haven't watched it yet, it is a continuous slideshow, so you have to end it yourself. :)

What a beautiful tribute. Of all of the tributes I have seen over the last week I believe this is the most moving. Thanks Polly Ann and Dan.

Oh my.

Stunning! Heartbreaking--all those candles. Very moving.

Thank you for sharing what was going on in other parts of our country. It opens eyes even further.
