Polls - Public or Private?

Do you vote if you see that a poll on the DIS board is public? I don't vote on the public polls....I don't know why, but it just irks me that people can see what I voted for. I'm just curious how everyone else feels about this?

It doesn't matter to me if a poll is public or private. I'm secure in my opinions--I don't care if everybody knows them!

Polls can be public or private? I never even knew that. I never noticed anywhere that people can see how I voted, but oh well if they can.

It depends. I have, but if I think the person is just being nosey in an annoying way then I might not.

The only thing I've noticed is when people have chosen the public option. The combination of the OP, the topic, and the public option have been quite... interesting.

Yes, the person posting the poll can decide whether they want it to be public or private. It does state in small lettering at the top of the poll if the poll will be made public, so you do get some advance warning!
