I've been to Pollo Campero before, it's pretty good,not going crazy over it but they have the typical fried chicken,grilled chicken,chicken strips,sandwiches,different sides to choose with your meal,most meals I believe also come with a roll or tortillas and there's a salsa bar to get different sauces.They also have different desserts like flan or tres leches.I know the chicken every time I've been there seems to be more crispy than other chicken places like they fry it for a bit longer than say KFC.I hope the one at DTD is nice and has something special about it as although it's good it's still just a chicken place,even Pollo Tropical a similar latin chicken concept restaurant has a more varied menu with things like ribs and shrimp,so I'm hoping the DTD location will bring some more variety.

we have Pollo Campero here in Houston and its really good in my opinion. The sides are a little diff than your reg mash potatoes and gravy. They have rice and beans but latin rice beans not creole, cajun type. They also give the option to get tortillas instead of buns. It's better than KFC in my opinion.

A few weeks ago when I walked by the location where it's going to be built and despite the wall being up around it I still saw that there are parts of the McDonald's which still need to be torn down, so they haven't actually started building it yet.
