Aloha Poly lovers. We're leaving in 6 days for our 2nd stay at the Poly. We were there in Feb and fell in love with it. We stayed in Tokelau. Fantastic! We always book a garden view.
What I want to do is ask a simple question: What is your favorite longhouse (garden view) and why?
We haven't made our room request - but I plan on faxing them Saturday. We liked Tokelau but I wonder what the advantages of the other longhouses might be. I will request a view of something other than a parking lot - that's a no-brainer.
Long walks to the GCH don't bother us. Also don't care if we're near the luau and can hear the music.

In the past we always had stayed on the TTC side (tahiti, tokelau, etc..) and we tried the FAR side
and it is really nice over there!
Who knew? It really is no further to the pools (unless you had a room outside the pool), and very close to GCH & monorails. Very quiet, no "pool noise" but enough "action" to be intersting!
Last December trip was in Aoreotoea (sp?) and that building is great too, we had the monorail view, and for 2 weeks in early december our room had the silver garland and red bows if anyone saw my Xmas decorations.
I liked riding the monorail to mk and have people point at our room, but we never said anything
, kids got a kick out of it going by.
