never posted a poll before...lets see how this works

Assuming Handbag Lady got some joke I don't know about I'll just go with a no. It's still super creepy though

Is it true that its illegal to marry cousins in America? Its legal in England and I believe Europe as well.

LuvOrland, this is a spin off of another tread.

OP, it depends on your state. Just don't procreate (unless you want flipper babies).

Sad to admit but I have a cousin who is married to a 2nd cousin from the other side of his family.:scared1: We were all more than a little skeeved out when we heard, even more surprised when his Mom seen thrilled by it. The now have a very adorable baby girl.

I suppose it cuts down on wedding list when the couple can share most of the guest list. :rotfl:

My answer to the poll would be No, unless the jugs are ginormous!

1st cousins...seem to remember reading something about this. I guess the scientific comunity is looking into this. With DNA testing it seems there is less and less concern about them having kids. At the time I read this they didn't have a conclusion one way or another.

I would say for 1st cousins now....no.

I said NO, but mostly because there are a lot of fish in the sea. No reason to hurt feelings all around, cause drama, etc.Of course if you are the only 2 members of your family left, and aren't blood-related, it's different. But otherwise, too many people to think about. Not worth the issues it would raise for everyone.

From what I found on google the chance of abnormalities with first cousins is only slightly higher than in non related. Now if you really want a shock after marrying the love of you life think of this pair who met fell in love then found out they where brother and sister, not only that they where twins adopted by seperate parents as babies.

If any of my relatives were smarter, better looking, or had some money, I'd say go for it. Since none of them do, I'll stick with no. I don't even want to be related to most of them; couldn't imagine dating them.

Thank you!:goodvibes

I was waiting patiently for someone to do a poll on this! :thumbsup2

And for the record NO, unless she's the only single gal in your township and has ginormous jugs. :rotfl:

Are the ginormous jugs just on the female or could they be moobs on the male too? That would be pretty gross.

And this thread needs an "Other" because there is always an other.
