I usually use real garlic, but also buy the store bought ones.

I usually use real garlic, but also buy the store bought ones.

My friends make them for me. They cut the tops off of whole bulbs and do a low and slow cook over wood chips in a smoker. Comes out really nicely. Similar to roasted garlic with a nice smokey kick.

Are you a fan of buffets?

I love buffets. Some are better than others, but any place I can eat to beyond capacity is good in my book, especially when it's a brazilian churrascaria.

Buffets...iffy on them. It is nice since you get a nice variety to choose from,but it would have to have the type of food that I enjoy.
