My daughter has to poll 20 people for homework (and I don't feel like calling 20 people right now...)

How many servings of fruit do you eat each week??

Thanks for the help!! :thumbsup2

At minimum, I have fruit for breakfast every morning, and usually at least once more a day than that. I love fruit.

Probably only about 5. I eat a lot more vegetables than I do fruit.

there is no choice for zero... luckily i make it up in veggies!

I voted 4 - 6!!

I should have more but I don't.... :rolleyes1

But I do eat a ton of veggies, all day long. :teeth:

I choose 1-3 and that is pushing it some weeks. Even though I know better :lmao:

We have fruit at every dinner usually canned fruit (pears, peaches etc.) I usually eat a bannana for breakfast every other day.

I eat at least two servings of fruit a day. One at breakfast, usually one at lunch, and sometimes one for snack or dinner. I love fruit! I hope this helps the homework.

Since what's considered a serving is pretty small I said more than 9. I probably average 2 a day.

I'm on weight watchers so I eat a LOT Of fruit. I have at least 2 a day, some times 3 or 4 if I'm really hungry. Figure a couple extra peices of fruit are better then a donut or cookies!

I eat fruit 5+ times a day, but I don't eat many veggies.
