I just wanted to report that on our trip 4/30 through 5/7, I did not interact with a single rude person. Not one. CM or guest. Everyone we talked to was polite and friendly. I had a lovely conversation with a woman from Tulsa, Oklahoma while waiting for Jedi Training sign up. I had a couple of people notice the kids' custom autograph books and ask about them (waves to the woman from the Alice M&G if you're around). Everyone I asked for help with finding something or learning something gladly assisted me. I didn't see any line jumpers. I did have many people cut off my double stroller to grab the space I was leaving between me and the people in front of me, but that doesn't really count as an interaction in my book. The closest thing to a impolite person was our waitress at Akershus. Although she wasn't really impolite, just kind of cold and standoffish seeming, but she lit up when we mentioned that we loved the brown Norwegian cheese and started listing off places she'd seen it in the US. I think maybe she was just having a bad night.

I know this is not everyone's experience. I'm sorry that it's not. It should be. It was some really awesome pixie dust. Right on par with a room upgrade or free stuff. So all of you who were in the World last week, :thanks:.

Well that's good to hear. :thumbsup2 I am very much a believer in vacation karma... put out the good vibes and you usually will get them back.

We had to do an Easter week trip back in 2012 as part of a marching band trip. I dreaded it because of the crowd levels but just decided to "go with the flow" and not expect to do everything and not be uptight about it. Well we met the nicest people in lines, people shared the old paper FP with us for rides we otherwise couldn't have got on, cm's were nice to us etc... :goodvibes

Sounds like you had a great trip! My best friend who could make Grumpy seem like a princess is a lot nicer to people when we visit WDW. I think there is something in the water, lol.
