I haven't been on this board on a long time. But I used to rent points from others. I don't see that anymore. Is is not allowed now or has it been moved?

It's still available, but there have been a number of restrictions placed on accessing the rental board. I don't rent, so I've not kept up with the changes other than to know they changed.

Also, to be able to actually see the rent/trade board you must be signed onto this site.

I think the only restriction is that you have to be logged in.

If you start from www.disboards.com, then enter your userid and password...under the title bar of DVC you should see, and be able to read the Rent/Trade board...you can reply to a post there, but now you have to be vetted to start a new post there.
