I made a blunder last year and now I have 13 points that will expire on March 1st.
Can I deposit those to RCI for now and then add more points to the RCI account later on - so that at least I would have them for 2 more years?
This might be a ridiculous question, but I'm grasping at straws to not lose my 13 points!! : )

you can use your only once in your lifetime and bank them. (which I won't do for anything less than a 100 points)

but otherwise nothing.

Perhaps you can transfer them to another owner who is intending to book a studio for one night somewhere? You could probably grab about $100 to $130 for those points. It won't save the points, but at least you'll get something from them.

No, you have to deposit at least enough to get a studio.

You may be able to borrow points from your next use year, but before you do, talk to MS. I don't remember when they consider a deposit "late". There are additonal restrictions on how/when you can match when you do a late deposit. You might be better off letting the points expire.

If it were me, assuming those are 2008 use year points (and not banked or borrowed points), I'd try to do a transfer to another member. There are usually people out there who want/need a small number of points.

what if a member has a ressie completed before March 1. Could you transfer points to a member and then ms switch points used in the ressie?

Then member who you transfer points to can bank the 13 points they don't use.
Just a thought.
