Points Vs Cash

Does anyone know if people who pay with cash, credit card, etc. get there DOCS before the people who pay with (DVC) points?

nope, all docs for a given cruise are issued at the same time ... if you book thru DVC or a TA I think your docs go to them, and then they send them to you ... so if DVC is slow on the uptake, then it might take you longer to get your docs.
