Points transfer timing question

When is the earliest you can transfer your points? If I have a December UY, when is the earliest I could I transfer the 2022 points to someone else?

Now. They allow you to transfer the current and next UY. So, you can transfer both Dec 2021 and 2022 UYs. That would use up your one per UY for each of those.
