Points Transfer Clarification

Hello

I had received two different responses from MS and wonder if someone can clarify.

We have transfered points once this use year which I think were transfered into our account.

Is it only once that points can be transfered per UY????

I want to upgrade our one bedroom stay to a two bedroom and need 40 add'l pts that I don't have that I need to transfer in..one person at MS said yes and unfortunately I was not ready to book and now when I call back the MS person says no....????

Can anyone clairify??

You are allowed ONE transfer in ONE direction each year. That rule was put back in place after problems with point morphing this year. I suspect it will change again once they have softwear fixed.
