We are willing to rent up to 230 points. Our home resort is BWV and the points are in our August 2004 use year (if they are transferrable, I will do this too - haven't tranferred points in the past). This means the points are useable anytime from Now through the end of July 2006.

The cost is $10 per point. I would prefer renting to a single renter, but will entertain multiple renters if no single renter wants that many points.

Hoe many days does this get you at BWV? What size villa? We are interested in taking a vacation to Disney, but now need a larger room/suite (3 kids). I am very interested in learning how this works.

Averth, check out the Points Chart or Points Calculator links at the top of the page. This will allow you to calculate how many days you can get. The number of points required per night will vary depending on the day of the week (Friday and Saturday cost more), and the time of year.

With 3 kids, you will probably need a 2 bedroom. However, if your youngest child is quite young (I forget the cut-off), you may qualify for a 1 bedroom. BWV has a few rooms that have a small daybed for a child.

You don't have to stay at BWV. This close to the reservation date, it really doesn't matter which resort the points are from. OKW has the least expensive rooms. BWV has a few lower point "standard view" rooms, but they are usually impossible to get this close to the reservation date.
