I'm planning to call MS at 9 but in the meantime maybe someone here can help with my question. OK, here's the scenario --- (actual numbers may not be precise)
I have 100 AKV points/yr. Planned to stay 3 nights. Borrowed 25 points in order to have enough for the 3 nights but now plans changed and we can stay only 2 nights. If I cancel the first night (say it's 50 points) does that 50 points go back into this use year or will they count 25 of those as the borrowed points that therefore can't go back to next use year? I think that if I cancelled the whole stay, I'd get the 100 points back for this year and the 25 that I borrowed would have to stay in this year too since borrowing is a final transaction. But not sure what would happen with the points if I only cancel one night?
