Points needed for 2 reservation BCV-BWV or other dvc resort?

Reservation #1: I need a studio for 2 at the BCV for Oct.. My preferred date is 17-22 but can be flexiable on dates. I believe this adds up to 60 points.

Reservation#2: The dates are firm on this one. I need a standard view studio at BWV for Dec. 13-17. I will consider a different DVC choice if not available.

I would like to pay $10 a point and would prefer to deal with someone that can provide references. My email address is mahelsley@comcast.net. Please also send info. on how you'd like to handle the payment.

Reservation #2 The person i previously rented from is going to try and get me the dates i requested but if he doesn't come though. I'll go to the 2nd person that has sent me an email?
