We are considering adding points seems you just can get enough of them
We have a AKL and GF contract
We would love to add at villa grand floridian but it seems that there are small to none contracts on resale of grand floridian ( only a few I guess people dont want to sell them :-(
My concern is buying somewhere else what are the chances of getting a room or one bedroom at 7 mnth window ??
Since adding at vgf about 2 years ago ( bought in pre-sale ) it seems we onky want to go at VGF
Any luck at 7 month window you think if we decide upon adding somewhere else ??

I would not depend on the 7 month window if you only want to stay at VGF.

You'll only be disappointed.

As time moves on and more owners are added to the system, booking at 7 months at a monorail or Epcot resort will only get harder.

Definitely buy at VGF even if it is in the $150+ range

7 Months for the VGF will depend HEAVILY on the time of the year you want to go. Even if you are date flexible and go during the slower times of the year (for DVC bookings), you may have trouble finding 5-7 consecutive nights. Your luck will be much better if you book 1 bedrooms vs studios, though. My advice is to keep looking for a suitable VGF contract and then jump on it as quickly as you can. Good luck!

We decided on adding on at grand floridian since its where we love staying
And since its only available in resale we started looking into contracts on dvc resale website
