Points in system after close on resale

We officially closed on our resale contract on Thursday, November 4. We were told it would take 5-7 days for those points to show up in our account. It is now 12 days later and I still don't see those points when I log into my account. I even called yesterday thinking that maybe they are in the system, they're just not online, but they were seeing exactly what I was seeing online (my current Animal Kingdom Villas points, but not the Boardwalk Villas from the resale). Does it usually take this long? I was hoping I would be able to book our trip two days ago for our Food and Wine Festival trip next October, but I still can't because the points aren't there. For those of you who bought through resale, how long did it take after closing?

We were told it could take up to 10 business days after closing. It ended up taking 5 business days for our points to show up.

Did you buy the same UY and was the title exactly the same as your original contract?

MS may have created a new membership and account, have them search by your name or SSN.

We made sure to find a contract with the same use year and I used my maiden name so that there would be no need to create a new account. I hope that's not the case. I didn't think of that, but I guess I could check.

When mine was taking awhile to show up I called and they said there is only one person that does this and she is on vacation. They also said the time frame is dependent on how busy she was. I believe they ended showing up a few days after this person was scheduled to be back from vacation.
