points in holding

my sister has points in holding can she transfer them or is she going to have to try to rent them out before she loses them. thanks

I just used my holding points. I don't know if you can transfer them but you can rent them out. Problem is that you have to book in a 60-day window. So if you wanted to go on Christmas, you can't book until October 26th and hope something is available.

Points in holding status can't be transferred. As PP stated, she could make a reservation for someone else as long as the check in date is no more than 60 days away.
