As I was reading through the rules of the rent/trade site, I read a rule that is a bit confusing to me. I am looking to transfer my points, however, there is a posting that states: "dvc rules prohibit the transfer of points for any type of compensation". I was under the impression that I could transfer my points at a 'certain dollar per point fee'. I have seen other transfer threads posted for a fee, so can you please educate me on this rule????
