Points for the Week/$ for the Weekend

Has anyone rented points for the week and paid cash for the weekend? It appears to me as though you could save some money doing this, but I don't know if this would create problems when booking reservations.

Edited: Sorry, I didn't read carefully to see you're renting already and want to also pay cash. Ask the Member to check with Member Services about this.

Only the member can get the member cash discount and they have to be the one staying in that room. Renters can't get the member cash discount.
