How does this work (we've never rented points before). Also, and I apologize if this is not the appropriate forum, but I've been reading up on room conditions and am wondering if there's a difference between the normal hotel room condition and those for vacation club rooms. Some of what I read appeared to be pretty bad. Have you had any problems?
