I am very interested in renting points for a week-long stay at either BLT (1 bedroom standard view) or Jambo house (2 bedroom value)/Kidani Village (dedicated 2-bedroom standard view) for late January 2012. We will be a party of 4 adults and 1 child under 3. Our dates are flexible-we only ask that our check-in date happen after the MLK holiday.

What is your payment requirements (deposit, etc)? Have you rented points before, and do you have references available?
