Points for Rent/Transfer: 240 SSR points @ $11

I have 200 points for rent and 40 banked point that must be used for a reservation at $11 a point. If someone wants to transfer all 200 points i will sell them for $9 a point. i require 50% down when reservation is made and the other 50% 60 days before check in. I will send contract for the transaction. Use year is December. Booking windows are 11 months for SSR and 7 months for all other DVC resorts. The sooner you book the better the chances are that you will get the resort you want at the 7 month mark!

House took a beating pretty badly from hurricane Gustav so it doesnt look like we will be going WDW next year due to damages. The extra cash from renting the points will be going to repairs. So please help the relief effort. lol
