Well, we can't believe its that time of the year again. 
We have rented our points on here for the last 2 seasons and have had good experiences on this board. We are renting points for $10PP and we will also provide a link to the orange county comptrollers website that has our DVC deeds on file for any new renters who have not rented from us before for your peace of mind so that you know you are renting from a real DVC member.
What we have to offer:
We have available our one annual transfer of points to any other DVC member.
We have 20 banked AKV points and 160 current yr points available for rent for reservations to be completed before April 2011.
We also have 160 BLT points for reservations to be completed before April 2011 as well.
For anyone with a LARGE point reservation requirement we will also consider using our 2012 points to complete your reservation.
What we require:
For your privacy, please PM us the following information when you are ready to commit to a reservation and if its available we WILL book it for you:
1. The names and ages of everyone staying in the room.
2. Your address and phone number.
3. The size, view and location of the room you are looking for.
4. Any backup size, view and location of a room you can stay in if the primary choice is not available. If no other room works, leave question 4 blank.
5. The primary dates you wish to stay.
6. Any backup dates that can work if the primary dates are not available. If no other dates work, leave question 6 blank.
7. Do you want the Magical express? If yes, the details of your flight if available. (We can add this later too)
8. Do you want the DDP added, if yes, which type?
For everyones convenience we will bump and update how many points we have available so there's no need to post asking if we have any point left. If theres no update we still have all our points.
In closing:
Please don't ask us to just check if certain dates are available if you are not ready to make a booking.
Also, please don't ask us to make a booking if you are already dealing with another DVC member.
Lets all be fair to each other and in the end we promise you we will do our best to get you what you need when you are ready.
