483 DVC Points available in bulk or smaller subsets to enjoy as you will! Home resort is SSR, but points accepted at any Disney Resort or Property. August 1 Use Year, so must be used by Aug 1 2012! If interested please let us know. Transaction will be handled thru Paypal. I have successfully rented to families since 2007, and the process is so simple! I can also take care of Disney Magical Express and add the dining plan to any reservation if you desire. As newly-empty nesters, we have no mouse-lovers to enjoy Disney with us this year. :( So we hope you can enjoy these points and make some great family memories of your own! Hope to hear from you!

I need 280 pts to stay in a 2 bedroom at Bay Lake towers in November. We would prefer staying there during the 1st or 2nd week of Nov but our dates are flexible. Is this something you could help us with?

Need to use 50 points for a possible stay in Feb 2013, which is why I don't want to rent but transfer from you.

Looking for a possible use of points for Feb 2013, prefer to have points transfered to my account.

Hi

This is my first time to try and rent points, so please bear with me and my questions. I would like to take my daughter (she's a single mom) and my two granddaughter's for their first trip to Disney. We're looking at arriving Nov. 11 and leaving on Nov. 16, 2012. My one granddaughter is under 2 so would need a crib, or pack and play, are these available? Can I (or you) add the Disney Dining Plan (just the regular table service one) to this rental. What about tickets to Disney? We are looking at 4 day single park tickets - do I just purchase at gate, or front desk when we get there. Can you let me know how much this would cost. Looking at most likely a studio (as I'm single and can't afford a lot, but want to give my grandkids a special birthday treat - both born in November). What would a regular view cost and what would a savannah view cost? What would a one bedroom cost? Don't really think I can do that with airfare, dining plan and tickets invovled. Do I pay you for accommodations, then pay front desk for Dining Plan when we get there? Sorry for all the questions, but this is the first time I've tried to do anything like this. Thank you for any help that you can provide me with.

Hi Kathy, I'm not the OP but I do know some of the answers to your questions. It can take some time to get answers here since most people are just looking for points to rent or transfer - you could have a little better luck on the DVC forum.

That being said:

1) My one granddaughter is under 2 so would need a crib, or pack and play, are these available?
They are available in some resorts; this is one question I can't answer for you, unfortunately.

2)Can I (or you) add the Disney Dining Plan (just the regular table service one) to this rental.
Some owners do not do this when they rent; the total amount is due upfront if they will allow it and it's an individual decision. You should check to make sure it's the best bargain for you, however; if you don't eat big, sit down meals daily and desserts at every meal it might be much more expensive to get the meal plan than to pay out of pocket. AllEars has a great selection of the current menus at the park, so you can get an idea of how much it would cost you out of pocket. Not getting the dining plan could save you money.

3)What about tickets to Disney? We are looking at 4 day single park tickets - do I just purchase at gate, or front desk when we get there.
Do your research here too; you will probably want to buy from someone like Undercover Tourist, which would be less expensive up front. There's not a big discount, but there IS a discount; make sure to look at UT before purchasing any tickets. They're an authorized reseller and I have bought from them before and was very satisfied. Also, then you have your tickets in-hand when you arrive and don't need to waste any time getting to the parks. :)

4) Can you let me know how much this would cost. What would a regular view cost and what would a savannah view cost? What would a one bedroom cost?
You can find the cost when looking at points charts online, so you know what you're getting into. For a quick reference, I use the points chart at David's Vacation Rentals: http://dvcbyrequest.com/point_calculator.asp?AD=9/17/2012&RD=9/22/2012&RID=2,

If that link doesn't work, try this one and go to "Points Calculator" on the left hand side of the page. Then choose your desired resort and dates; it will tell you the points needed for each room category. Then, multiply the points times the $$ that the owner is charging per point, and you'll have the total cost.

5) Do I pay you for accommodations, then pay front desk for Dining Plan when we get there?
If the owner renting points allows you to book the dining plan (some do not), you would pay for everything through the owner. This reservation will be made for you by them, and they will own the reservation completely, so all costs will be attributed to them. That being said, many people rent and have a great time and enjoy cheaper deluxe accommodations - I have done it myself at AKL and loved it!

I'm not sure if you had tried to PM me (I hope so), but I'm unable to PM as well. Happy to chat through email.

Hi I'm new to this board and new to renting points. We are booked for a room at the Boardwalk Inn June 24-July 1, thinking of extending to July 3. Just learned of this process of renting DVC points and would be interested in doing that and cancelling the room at Boardwalk. There will be 5 of us (3 kids ages 9, 7 & 7) - not sure which places offer 1 bedrooms that will accomodate us in addition to AK. I don't know how to PM my email is remletourneau@ msn.com Thanks!

I am in need of points for May 12 check out May 13 for either AKL-Studio-Savannah view (19pts), Bay Lake Tower-studio-Theme park view (27 pts) or Boardwalk villas-studio-preferred (20pts). I know this is extremely short notice but just now found out you can rent points! Please let me know if this is something that is doable or not.

I would like 191 pts to be transferred if possible for a stay in November 2012. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi, this is my first time renting, and unsure of the process. I would need 55 points for May 17-20 for Savannah view at AK but unsure if it is even available. Please help! Thanks!Stefanie
