I have rented many times and have numerous references. I take Paypal for no extra fee. Immediate, unmatched personal service.

Remember, as DVC expands, to get a room at the more popular resorts (especially the smaller ones) you have to plan further and further out. For example, VGC is almost not obtainable during most times for non-VGC owners, as it only has 48 two-bedroom equivalents. If you arrange with me, I can set aside points for you WAY out (years if you like). I can then call DVC exactly 11 months to the day prior to check in at 9 am Eastern and get that unit.

Dec 2010 UY 134 SSR
Mar 2012 UY 355 SSR (can be borrowed for stays 03/01/11 or later)
Mar 2013 UY 355 SSR (contact me now to pre-reserve a 2012 spring break stay)

These are $11 a point:

Dec 2011 UY 146 VGC (can be borrowed for stays 12/01/10 or later)
Dec 2012 UY 250 VGC (contact me now to pre-reserve a 2011 Christmas at Disneyland)

Rentals are first-come-first-served unless I make a specific commitment to you by email; often I am discussing rentals with numerous people simultaneously and can run out any time. Thank you.

I can book 11 months ahead at SSR or VGC and 7 months ahead at any other resort.

The free Dining Plan is only with reservations made directly with Disney. I am not sure if that extends to DVC units, which Disney does rent. But they charge a HUGELY higher rate than people renting out their own points.

You can pay for the Dining Plan separately as long as you are staying on property, whether renting from Disney or through someone like me.
