Due to family canceling with us we now have points we are looking to rent out.
We are in the 7 month range, so any resort is available.
235 points available at $10 a point. More may be available.
Have rented in the past and can provide referrals if requested. 4 reservations have been booked so far!
I will call MS to check reservations ASAP (I'm off work for the summer!).
If paying via paypal I do ask you cover the 4% fee paypal charges me.
I'll need the full names of everyone in the room and the ages of any children. I'll also need a mailing address for you copy of the contract, and a contact telephone # for you as well.
25% of the reservation is due at booking if reservation is 61+ days out (balance due when confirmation letter is received)
50% is due if reservation is 45-60 days out. (balance due when confirmation letter is received)
100 % is due if reservation is less than 44 days out.
When I call I will BOOK the room for you if it is available.
I'll call MS (Member Services) when they are next open and make the ressie in your name. Then I'll email you your reservation #. You then have 7 days to get payment to me. Once I receive the official Disney Confirmation Letter I will forward it to you, this averages three weeks from when the reservation is made.
If your interested in renting points from me after reading and agreeing to all the above, please PM me your information, including phone number (good time to call), dates, room size, resort etc... and I will get on it ASAP.
Any PM sent with all the proper information will be BOOKED if rooms are availble. So dont send me your information if you dont want me to book you a room OR if you dont agree to all of the above
VERY IMPORTANT>>>
Once you have hit the 60 day mark, the points you rent are YOURS. Even if you need to cancel. No monies will be returned at that point. I will do my best to re-rent the points, but in some cases that might not be possible and you would have to make up the difference.
I know the whole cancelation thing is a drag, but I am a DVC owner, not CRO or WDTC, who own points that have many limitations on them.... when we can cancel, and how long our points are good for.. optimnum booking windows... etc.
But by accepting this lousy cancelation policy you DO get a great place to stay WAY below rack rate....
