I have up to 398 points to rent for reservations beginning after Feb 01, 2011.
Great for reserving Spring Break at The Boardwalk.
These point can be used for any resort.
I can get reservations for 11 months out at BWV. All other resorts I can make reservation for the next 7 months.
I have rented a few times during the last 2 years. Owner since 1999.
Financial Conditions:
- $12 per point
- 20% down payment due after you receive the reservation confirmation.
- remaining 80% is due 45-days before the reservation start date or the 20% will be forfeited and the reservation will be canceled.
