Points for Rent - BWV, OKW or HHI

Plan now for the 2010 holidays! We're nearing the 11 month window and we have up to 495 BWV, 450 HHI or 550 OKW points that could be used for an 11-month point rental. I am also willing to rent for reservations at any other resort in the 7-month window or still check Spring Break availability. DVC owner since 1998 that has rented in the past. $10 per point, but willing to be a bit flexible for the right rental. PM or email - black.brad@comcast.net

I am new to this but I am interested for either March 20-27, 2010 or October 2-9, 2010 for a 2 bedroom at the Beach Club Villa.

This would be the first trip for my kids and husband. The kids ages are 12 years old, 10 year old twins and 7 year old. I live in the Northwest Suburbs in Chicago so hopefully that will make everything easier with the transaction if it works.
