Points for Rent BLT 8/2010 - 7/2011 $11 per point

I have for rent August 2010 Use year (Reservations Aug 2010-July 2011):

177 Points Boardwalk Villa Points at $10 per point****SOLD****

192 Points Bay Lake Towers at $11 per point<--*** Still Available***

Will split for rentals, but would obviously prefer larger point rentals over smaller.

IF more points are desired, we could go as high as 392 @ BLT, same use dates.

DVC member since 1998, this is our 1st transfer/rental.

We are going to disney april 19 to april 25. We want to stay at bay lake resort we need 120 points for a studio....what does lv and mk mean for more points?

Can you arrange this and are your points still avaiable?

Julie, what year are you looking for, 2010 or 2011? It is unlikely you will be able to find a place at BLT (Bay Lake Tower Resort) at this late date if you are looking for 2010. They usually fill up 6 months out, although you could still try. My points cannot be used until 8/1/2010 at the earliest. FYI...LV = "Lake View" (Bay Lake, although many have partial MK views) and MK= "Magic Kingdom" view, these more or less look directly at the MK.

I am looking for 2010, I can get a spot through disney reservations in the hotel, but was interested in the villa if that was a better option?

I know I am late, but unfortunately I just couldn't plan this any earlier.

I'll have to get what I can get I guess.

I fought a spot in SSR Villa for $9 a point, but thought the Tower would be better for my 2 kids (5 and under) especially for the conveinience of it.

I don't have available points until 8/2010. If you can rent it through Disney then there must be rooms available, you do not need BLT specific points at this late date ANY points will do and there are many posters with available points. Ask some one to check availability for you (see other threads, any with points will do)
