I tried to do these rentals seperately but the autobot mods kept denying my second post as a duplicate post so I had to combine all our points in this one.

We have a two DVC home resorts with April UY:

68 (2008) Banked points and 160 (2009) AKV points for rent at $12 each.

160 (2009) BLT points @ $14 each. Let us book you into the BRAND NEW member only DVC club building with spectacular views.

160 developer points for SSR @ $9 each expiring Oct 09.


PM us your information on where/when/ you want stay and we will see if it's available for you. Both home resorts have a April UY and must be used by April 2010 and the developer points at SSR expire Oct 09.

We can book AKV for you right now to 11 months all the way up to Feb 2010
We can book BLT for you right now to 11 months all the way up to Feb 2010
We can book any other resort for you right now all the way up to Oct 2009

We still have some points available. I need to clarify some things to make these reservations easier for everyone. Please only PM us asking for a reservation if you are serious.

We are finding that when we check on available dates, if its available and we call back half a day later (cause it takes time to get a response back from anyone saying YES, go ahead book it if its available.) the room is no longer available. So if you are serious about getting a room please by PM'ing us with dates means BEING COMMITTED to the request you are asking for cause if its available we need to book it right then and there on the phone for success.

We will need the following info requested by the MS we talk to to book the reservation:
-Names of people staying in the room
-Ages of everyone staying in the room
-Your address
-Phone number
-If you want the magic express, we will NEED your flight info as well too for the booking.
-We can add DDP at a later date if you wish so we dont really need that info right away but if you know you want it let us know if its the basic, deluxe, premium ddp in your PM too so we dont have to keep phoning MS and getting put on hold for 1 hr a day. LOL.


Also a clarification on our AKV and BLT rental prices:

$14 per point on reservations 7-11 months away. (Almost guaranteed reservation success)

$12 per point on reservations 1-7 months away because any DVC member can make this reservation. (Really tough to get reservations in this time frame.)

$9 per point on our developer points.......... only 90 points left.

We are looking to rent a studio at BLT for 5 or 7 nights in the begining of March 2010. I realize we are a few days out from checking availability, but I was wondering what your terms are regarding payment, how much is due at confirmation, and when is the balance due etc. Also have you done rentals before and do you have references?
