Points for Rent: BCV,BWV,WLV AKV

What are your terms for payment. I have always only put down a 50% deposit then paid the remainder 60 days proir to check-in when booking over 4 months in advance. Is this still the norm? I have rented as late as 2 months ago, but it seems to be changing.... please let me know what you usually do. I have plenty of references, and paypal. Please e-mail me.

I'm completely new to this but it's kind of exciting. We are looking at the following dates:

check-in 5/25 and check-out 6/2/2011 (depending on work we may stretch check-out to 6/4/2011.

We would prefer AKL IF there is any way to guarantee Jambo House (Kidani Village just didn't have the same appeal) or if that's not possible we would go with the Beach Club.

We want a studio and club level. Could you help with that. How many points are required for the 8 and 10 night options and can we get Jambo House?

I usually get a 30% deposit prior to booking followed by the balance two weeks after you get the official Disney confirmation. I can do Pay Pal or a major credit card for the deposit and/or the balance by adding a 3% processing fee to the transacted amount. I don't like to stretch out payments that far.

Definitely interested in AKL Savanna Studio or since club level is not available the Beach Club studio.
