Points for Rent at Bay Lake and Aulani

I have the following points for rent:

2012 Use Year
200 Points for Bay Lake $12.00 a Point ($11.00 p/p if you buy all 200)
200 Points for Aulani $11.00 a Point ($10.00 p/p if you buy all 200)

I can add some points from 2013 if you are looking to be over 200!!

I will give priority to anyone looking to purchase most of the points.

For Bay Lake I have priority booking 11 months out which means I can book as far out as April 2012.

We will not be using either contract for the year which is why we are selling.

We are looking to rent a 1BR Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort, Magic Kingdom View, on June 24 to June 26 (2 nights).

We are hoping to explore the dvc point rental option since our wedding planner has 'informed' us this room @ BLT is not available on these dates.

I may be interested in all 200 from Aulani as a transfer for my honeymoon. Just to clarify, these points are good from Feb 2012 to Feb 2013? Can they be banked for use from Feb 2013 to Feb 2014? Or do they need to be used in full by Feb 2013. Feel free to PM me. Thanks in advance.
