I have an HH contract that has passed Disney's approval process; the paperwork has been sent in and it is awaiting closing. Once that goes through, I'll have 1500 points more to rent starting in about mid/late-May, so feel free to email me to be notified. I have a very occasional email list I can put you on.

If you want a rental more than 11 months out, I can often "pre-reserve" for you and make the reservation exactly 11 months out to the day.
