"Up for rent are 432 points @ $17./point. These are OKW points and can be used at any DVC resort. I can reserve at OKW 11 months in advance, and other resorts 7 months in advance.
We have rented many times on this forum and have enthusiastic references. We have been members on this forum since 2005, and DVC members since 1993.
I'm happy to help you with your vacation including booking Magical Express (free), and Disney Dining (not free). Please note these important terms:
Minimum points rental is 150 pts.
Thank you for not asking me to check on availability if others have already checked and found no availability.
The price is not negotiable.
For stays prior to Nov. 30, 2020 - I will make your reservation promptly upon receiving your inquiry. 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time you receive electronic confirmation from Disney (within 1-2 days of reservation). Balance due on July 15, 2020.
For stays after Nov. 30, 2020. 50% non-refundable deposit due prior to making the reservation. Confirmation from Disney will be provided within 1-2 business days of reservation. Balance due by Nov. 30, 2020
Please include with all inquiries:
- the name and home address in which the reservation will be held.
- Names of all occupants and ages of children.
- phone number
- Check in date, check out date
- Resort
- Size of accommodation
- Any view preferences (Standard views require fewer points than Preferred views of lakes, etc.)
Pay by Venmo, or Paypal (plus 3%), or personal check (for balance only).
