50% due once you confirm your reservation details in your MDE
50% due 60d prior to checkin
For rentals in Feb 2027 and beyond, I also do advance bookings, which allow you to hold my points until booking day, upon which I will book for you the moment that your stay opens up! 10% down for this and happy to do up to 18m out with prices locked in.
I accept PayPal f&f, Venmo or Zelle and have been renting DVC since 2002!
