Points for rent: 255+ points at $10/point

I have 255 April '06-'07 Hilton Head points for rent, but if somebody wanted to do one large transaction, i could dip into my 07-08 points. Points are available at $10/point, with 50% paid after the reservation is made, and 50% 45 days before the start of the reservation.
