The only resort you mentioned that had availability from Jan 22 to the 28th was BWV in a garden view one bedroom for a total of 184 points.

OK! well that would probably be fine. we would also be open to a split stay if there is like a studio open for the first half?

I know you didn't mention SSR, but you can get a studio for your entire stay there for 78 points in a standard room. They also have a preferred room for 90 points. BCV, BWV and Riv don't have any consecutive nights in a studio, so you would have to change rooms a lot.
