for resv begining Dec 2010 and ending nov 2011, i have 200 points to rent w/Saratoga Springs as home resort. That gives renters an 11 months prior to checkout window at SSR and 7 months at any of the others
paypal is preferred and the renter would pay the paypal fee, otherwise i can take a cashiers check but would have to wait to get/cash the check before making the resv
50% down at time of resv and the balance 1 month before arrival
i will send the paper confirmation to the renter with the renters name and address on it and you can use the confirmation number to check in online 10 days prior to your arrival for ease of use. or i can do it for you if you send me an email reminder.
any special requirements ie: first floor, top floor, close to bus stop, etc must be made at time of resv
i will need :
names and ages of everyone in your party
mailing address
and if you need magical express, i will need your airline info
you can request dining plans on your resv but that is paid for by you when you arrive

i have only rented to 1 person and they are at akl right now. when they come back, i can ask for a reference from them as their trip(at least my part) went smoothly.

I am looking for value studio at Animal Kingdom for 2 adults for three nights. Arrive Sept 26 and check out the 29th. Wilderness Lodge or Saratoga Spring studios will work also if AK is not available.

from looking at the dis resv availabilty, the only concierge level avail for that time frame is the 2 bedroom
