Full payment due 36 hours upon receipt of Disney's reservation confirmation.
All payments are Non-Refundable with the exception of resort closure.

hi vicb1928, noob here. i'm still working on my 10 posts to be able to PM, but I have an interest in renting your AUL points.

If I've checked the DVC availability calendar and it says no availability for my selected dates, should I assume that represents what you would see when you looked it up (i.e., not available)? Alternatively, if I get "green/availability" -- you'd likely find availability when you check?

as an example -- the first set of dates I checked was for:
Aulani; studio (any view)
dates between 6/18 - 6/24/2022
2 adults, 1 child (age 3)

I was looking at this availability calendar that was linked from this board's FAQ:

Anyway the dates that I’m looking for are 9/15-9/24 in a poly standard studio. Last I checked they were available. And if you’re able to book I would definitely take them once I’m able to pm you. Hi - I'm not sure what website you are checking for availability. The dvc website is disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com. If a day is available, it appears medium blue (light blue = unavailable). I checked these dates and there is no availability for all studio views.
Do you have other dates in mind?

I checked and this is available. It is 135 points. I can book this reservation for you this Tuesday on 02/15 (7 month window booking).

The link you provided is from a third party dvc rental service provider and not from disney's actual website.

For 12/17-12/23 - Island Garden View Deluxe Studio is available. Total is 114 points.

Hey there, if your points are still available could you please see if there is availability for Aulani for 3 nights from either 1st or 8th October 2022? We are at the lower end of the budget so interested in either hotel room, studio or 1bedroom. This is for 2 adults and 2 kids (11, 13).

The following week Oct 8th is 2 pts more per night than first week of October starting Oct 9th.
