150 VCF points for rent. $22 per point. Use year: August. No transfer.

Guests can book VGF at an 11-month window or all other DVC resorts at 7 months (except RR and Disneyland Hotel)

Payment by Paypal ( renter needs to pay an additional 3.9% PayPal fee). A contract will be signed by both parties.
