points for Feb 06

Hi there

We are considering renting points to allow us to stay at the Boardwalk next February 2-5 (3 nites).

A studio would be sufficient as its just for 2(getting a trip without the kids ).

can anyone help with
1. how many points will I need?
2. any points to rent?
