Points extension- how long did it take?

We had 452 points expire on 1st October, and Disney had told us they would extend them until May 2022, but that they would disappear out of our account when they expired and reappear “after a few days”. They haven’t reappeared yet, and I’m getting nervous. Not least because now we can actually go before May 2022, I want to book with them before everything has gone. Anyone have any idea how long it might take? Thanks

I have a Sept UY and Oct UY. They took two weeks to extend my Sept UY points and I'm still waiting on my October. They appear delayed with extending the points at the moment. Frustrating as I need to use them for the 7 month mark about now as well.
