Points exchange - HBC to Esso Extra

Just wondering if anyone has ever converted their HBC Rewards points to Esso Extra points. Did the transaction go smoothly or were there problems? How long did it take?

I did that several times and didn't have any problems. Usually it takes 2-3 days before the transaction is complete.
